The Ghandhara Nissan Limited (GNL), was incorporated in 1981 as a Private Limited Company having the sale licensee for the distribution of Nissan vehicles in CBU condition in Pakistan, later in 1992 it was converted in to a Public Company listed in Karachi Stock Exchange. Ghandhara Nissan has Technical Assistance Agreement with Nissan, Japan and joint Venture Agreement with Nissan Diesel Company, Japan for the progressive Assembly of Passenger Cars, Light Commercial Vehicles and Heavy Duty Vehicles. Ghadhara Nissan's Car and Truck Plants are located at Port Qasim, Karachi, adjacent to each other. Ghandhara Nissan is a group Company of Bibojee Services (Private) Limited.
On January 13, 2009 Ghandhara Nissan announced "Nissan passenger cars are now being assembled at Ghandhara Nissan's plant under the direct supervision of Japanese engineers."[1] The passenger cars being referred to is the new Nissan Sunny.

The Ghandhara Industries Limited (GIL) is a public limited company quoted on all Stock Exchanges in Pakistan. It was established in Karachi by General Motors Overseas Distribution Corporation, U.S.A.. In 1963, Lt. Gen. M. Habibullah Khan Khattak acquired these facilities from General Motors and renamed them Ghandhara Industries Limited. The Government of Pakistan nationalized Ghandhara Industries in 1972 and renamed it National Motors Limited. In 1992, M/s. Bibojee Services (Private) Limited acquired it, and adopted its original name Ghandhara Industries Limited w.e.f. November 27, 1999. The major business activities of the company comprise of progressive manufacture, assembly and marketing Isuzu truck and Isuzu bus chassis and fabrication of Bus and Load bodies. The (Formally Ghani Textile Limited) located at 49KM Multan Road, Lahore, Pakistan. Ghani Automobiles is a collaboration of two industrial groups, Ghani Group of Companies & Chongqing Yingang Science and Technology Group Company Limited. Ghani Automobile's are installing a manufacturing plant to produce, assemble and market motorcycles in Pakistan. Ghani Automobile Industries is a public limited company quoted on the stock exchanges in Pakistan. Ghani Automobile Head Office located at Lahore.

The Atlas Honda Limited is a joint venture between the Atlas Group and Honda Motor Company, Japan. The Atlas Honda was created by the merger of Panjdarya Limited and Atlas Autos Limited. In 1988, Both these motorcycle manufacturing concerns were established by the Atlas Group. Atlas Honda manufactures and markets Honda motorcycles in collaboration with Honda Motor Company. Atlas Honda also manufactures various hi-tech components in-house in collaboration with leading parts manufacturers like Showa Atsumitech, Nippon Denso and Toyo Denso. Atlas Honda Plants are located in Karachi, Sind and Sheikhupura, Punjab.
Honda Atlas makes two Honda Models in their plant located in Pakistan. They are Honda Civic and City. Honda Atlas began their assembly of Honda City in the year of 1997. The car was at first available in the 1.3 liter but soon was available in both 1.3 and 1.5 liter engines. Along with these two models, the company sells Honda Accord to Pakistani customers but is imported from Japan. Honda Atlas assembles four motorcycles in Pakistan, the CD70, CD100, CG 125 and CG 125 - Deluxe.

The Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited (AGTL), was incorporated in 1983, Located in Dera Ghazi Khan, Punjab, Pakistan. Al-Ghazi Tractors's plant for the manufacture of Fiat Tractors in collaboration with Fiat New Holland. In 1991, Al-Futtaim Group of Dubai took over the management control of Al-Ghazi Tractors. Its corporate Head Office is in Karachi, Pakistan.

It was originally Fiat 480. It was a 48 hp tractor. But due to slight modification its nowadays 55 hp.

It was originally Fiat 640. It was a 64 hp tractor. Nowadays its 65HP. Other changes include power steering {hydrostatic} and larger rear tire size which is 18.4-30. This has resulted in more traction and hence a better tractor.

Adam Motor Company, Ltd. was an automobile assembler based in Karachi, Pakistan. They were notable for producing the Revo, which was Pakistan's first homegrown company to assemble a car. Production however ceased and their assembly facility is up for sale lock stock barrel.[1]
Initially Adam Motor was involved in assembling light trucks, followed by a four-wheel drive off-road vehicle. After many years they started assembling the Revo. The founder, Feroz Khan had ambitious plans to export Adam cars even before the brand had a decent foothold on the Pakistani market but the goal could not be achieved. Link..
